Mumbai: NDR Warehousing on Thursday inaugurated a facility in Pune with an investment of Rs 95 crore.

The facility is being leased to Indian multinational tire maker NDR Warehousing, it said in a statement.

It said the new warehousing facility spread over 4 lakh sq ft is a part of the company's expansion plan, with the acquisition of over 80 acres in Pune underway or planned.

It said that within this 80 acres of land, the company plans to develop an additional 18 lakh square feet for industrial and storage space.

Ramachandran Rajaram, Zonal Head (West), NDR Warehousing, said, "The inauguration of this facility significantly strengthens our presence in the region. This facility caters to the growing demand for warehousing solutions in Pune."

NDR owns and operates more than 17 million square feet of storage space, with an additional 4 million square feet under construction.
