Washington [United States], The creators of 'Batman: Caped Crusader' have finally unveiled the trailer for the animated series. It is an animated adaptation of The Dark Knight. The series, which will represent a more complex version of Batman, has been produced by Amazon MGM Studios.

The trailer shows Gotham City terrorized by the actions of a masked man claiming to be Batman. Police and people follow the superhero to stop and punish him.

The trailer begins with a voiceover: "Asking the question on everyone's mind these days, what do you think of Batman?" In the background, a shadowy figure resembling Batman can be seen wandering in the darkness before taking flight.

"I'm scared. This whole city has gone to hell," says another voice. "Well, he's breaking the law, right? So they should catch that monster and lock him up," the other character shared.

Batman: Caped Crusader stars Hamish Linklater as Batman/Bruce Wayne.
