Sheopur (Madhya Pradesh): Two children were killed and three were injured after lightning struck them amid rain in Madhya Pradesh's Sheopur district on Saturday. The police officer gave this information.
Vijaypur police station in-charge Satish Dubey said the incident took place in Dhamini village in the evening when five children in the age group of 8-15 were grazing goats.
"They had taken shelter under a tree when lightning struck. Two boys, aged 12 and eight, died while three others, including two girls, were injured. They are undergoing treatment at Vijaypur Health Centre," Dubey said. "
