"A big part of the selection process this year was looking at who could feature in the 2025 ODI World Cup. Polly has had a fantastic domestic season with both bat and gloves and for that he has been rewarded with a contract." He added.Sawyer said, "Izzy Gage is our number one keeper in both formats at the moment and she deserves that spot, but we need a backup keeper; we've talked to Polly about it and she's forced her way into this group."
